HOME MATTERS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

DELIVERY

Home Matters currently delivers to your doorstep across the UAE.
*Please note that certain remote areas in UAE fall under the “non-service” territories in which case you may need to pick up your order from the Carrier facilities in Dubai.

UAE DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is Free on all orders above AED 250.
Orders below AED 250 are delivered at a flat rate of AED 25.

When the items are ready for dispatch our appointed Carrier will get in touch with you to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
Deliveries take place Saturday - Thursday between 9am - 6pm.

Please note that we require a signature upon receipt of your package to ensure safe delivery and therefore suggest you or a person nominated by you, to be there to receive the order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

The Delivery time of our products varies from 3 up to 45 days  depending on the stock availability and production load of our overseas suppliers. You will find an estimated delivery and shipping information for every item, stated on its product page.

We do our best to minimize the shipping time of your order however, it is important to understand that provided delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed by Home Matters since certain circumstances are beyond our control and occasionally there may be a delay.

Please contact our customer service   if your delivery time is long overdue and you have not received your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you’ve placed an order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and summary of you purchase. 

Your Home Matters Account contains history and details of all your orders as well as information on the shipping progress.

Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may have various delivery times. To ensure you get your items as early as possible we may ship items in multiple parcels. In this case you will be receiving separate tracking numbers for each delivery.

GCC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Although we currently deliver within the UAE only, we are happy to review certain orders for the GCC & Worldwide delivery.

In compliance with the laws of the UAE, Home Matters does not service the OFAC sanctioned countries and therefore is not able
to deliver to these destinations.
